Money stolen
Money has been taken out of my account by FaceTune for a subscription I did not subscribe to and much more then the monthly payment has been taken out of my account I would like a refund for the money, I have called my bank and they are looking into this. I have emailed the app twice and they did not respond the second time

Facetune. I trialed the 5 day free trial.
The app has to many glitches & wouldn't work. So after 1 photo I *** this is crap cancel my 5 day FREE trial. I did cancel my 5 day free trial 2 days B4 my 5 days would expire. Which was 5/25/25 I cancelled 5/23/25.
I did not delete the app as I read (don't delete the app until your sure your not charged) I canceled they play store Google. I did photo snap of my request to cancel. I got a msg my card was charged $39.99 on 5/26/25.
I can't get a response from email. & No satisfaction about getting money back they had no right charging my card.

I have asked them for a refund every month it pulls. I canceled the subscription immediately and never used the service.
I have emailed them several times. This is a BS merchant and I want my funds back.

Apple refused my refund request and Ive yet to get in contact with FaceTime!! I need my $64. This is nothing like what I thought it was going to do for photos I need a refund and the only number is an overseas number
